----------To use a Pattern  in Photoshop, follow these steps:

Open Photoshop and  one where you want to apply the pattern.

Open the Pattern Preset Manager by going to Edit > Presets > Preset Manager.

In the Preset Manager window, select "Patterns" from the dropdown menu.

Click the "Load" button and select the pattern file you want to use. pat extension.

The pattern will now be added to the Preset Manager. Click "Done" to close the window.

To apply the pattern to a layer, select the layer and click the "Layer Style" button at the bottom of the Layers panel.

In the Layer Style dialog box, click on "Pattern Overlay".

In the Pattern Overlay options, click the pattern thumbnail to open the pattern picker.

Select the pattern you want to use from the list of patterns in the dropdown menu.

Adjust the scale of the pattern if necessary using the "Scale" slider.

Click "OK" to apply the pattern to the layer.

is at the bottom of the layer stack, ensuring it serves as the base layer.

6 Adjust Opacity (Optional): If the background photo is too intense, you can reduce its opacity to make it more subtle.
 Select the background layer and adjust the opacity slider in the Layers panel.

7 Save Your Work: Once you're satisfied with the composition, save your Photoshop file (PSD) to retain all layers and edits.
 If you want to use the background photo in other applications or platforms, consider saving it in a suitable image format like JPEG or PNG.

8 Export or Save for Web (Optional): If you want to use the edited photo for the web or other non-editable purposes, 
go to "File" > "Export" or "Save for Web" and choose the appropriate format and settings.
