1. Select Layer name "Replace Image" / "Image" 

2. Double Click over the Replace Image & move your image in right place.

3. Double Click over the text & type your own text.

4. After finishing all of your edit. just save the file (Ctrl+S).
   
   Now its ready for Post Stories.
